Arkell Best Bitter from Wellington Brewery in Guelph, Ontario
Blueberry Cedar Bitter from Wellington Brewery in Guelph, Ontario
Mill Gap Bitter from Neustadt Springs Brewery in Neustadt, Ontario

NOTES: Cough syrup hazy orange with an off-white cap that sticks to the side of the glass and skims the top. Very floral hops on the smell. Soap like floralness in the mouth. At first it’s kinda gross, to be honest, but once you get used to soapy flavour it becomes strangely delicious. Bitter hops in the back, as well as a malt backbone throughout. Might just be the most complex and flavourful 4.3% beer ever made.

NOTES: Can. Ruby brown colour. Sweet and hoppy on nose. Taste is quite bitter without a bite. Hoppy bitterness aftertaste with sweetness in the back end. At 3.7% it is surely sessionable and kinda addictive: I kept wanting to drink more. Is a bit thin but that just added to the sessionablity

NOTES: The smell is really great - hoppy and bitter. Taste was hoppy and bitter with a touch of sweetness. Nothing mind blowing, but easily finished.
