NOTES: Can. Part of the Wellington One-Off Series. Hazy burnt sienna in colour with a tan small head that disappears quickly due to being brew for cask production (I got one of the few cans they did at the brewery). Caramel and citrus on the nose, however quite light. Hop citrus on the front of the tongue is taken over quickly by the caramel malt, which then leads quickly into a traditional English bitter hop at the end. Bitterness lingers in that “have another sip” good way. Overall one of their best beers; something they should consider having as a regular.
